Today July 28, 2014 Monday


I'm struggling a little bit. I have gained weight. It's my calories and my workout intensity hasn't been on. I'm going to change it and I started this morning. Went to Aqua Aerobics at 12 and am going back at 5:30pm to do it again! 

Water water water! 

Doctor says I need to eat between 1000 to 1200 calories per day to actually loose weight. So that's what its going to be. 


Start training for my new job tomorrow through Thursday. Then it's double weekends.
