Very true, and great recommendations! I'm in college right now and my main thing is wanting to snack while I study, to make an unfun activity "fun". Of course, then I just feel guilty and worse when I'm done!My best strategy has been to log my calories in pen 'n' paper and keep the journal right next to my homework. Then I can see how many calories and things I've eaten and how I just CAN'T squeeze in any more!
