10 Tips to Stop Boredom Eating

I know I'm late to this blog post, but this is my primary challenge and it has been my entire life. It mostly happens at night. I cannot stop myself from eating processed foods at night: cookies, pastries, chips, etc... and I'm nowhere near hungry and out of complete boredom. So, as you said, I need to find something to distract me... Thanks for posting this! It's always great to know that it's not just me. :)
