Today's Friday, where I started back at the gym 5 days ago on Monday. I did a cardio + weights circuit training routine for about 45 minutes. Tuesday was a session of Yoga, my first in about 3 weeks.
Wednesday morning, I felt it - muscle pain soreness all over my body, better known as Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS).

Chances are, I was feeling the after effects of Monday's workout. My right shoulder was extremely stiff and painful just to lift my right arm up. Wednesday night, I was planning to weight train, and ultimately went through with it but skipped my right arm entirely. It was recovering - working it out would either lengthened the recovery period or potentially increased the risk of a more serious injury.

Thursday, most of the pain all over my body had subsided and today, I am soreness-free but I do feel a lot stronger from it.
