Yesterday was a great day! My eating was on point! I also made 11,473 steps yesterday! BOOYAH! And the rewards of literally two days of being good to my body is that I am now 77.1kg this morning. That's 1.3kg lighter than I was two days ago. Now I know this can be as a result of a myriad of things but I know that when I am diligent with my nutrition (more so than my excercise) I see results much more quickly. I eat 1500 calories a day. I bike to work (most days) and I make it a mission to walk more than 10000 steps a day. When I eat well, the pounds (or kg lol) fall off. But to eat so well all the time is hard because LIFE HAPPENS. I will just try to eat this way for as long as I can.

I fell off the wagon hard you guys. But after a couple of days of reflection and reading blog posts (Tia, Pirwaki I'm talking to you!!!) I managed to get it together again. Also after two days of eating well and exercising I am happy to say that I feel good again. The reason why I fell off the wagon is because the pain from my wisdom teeth was throwing me off, causing me to just feel sorry for myself and drown my pain in sweets. Literally it clicked two days ago after I ate chocolate I told myself Kimberly we are working out, right now. I don't care if its 10PM. Workout I did!

The day after, (Wednesday afternoon) I felt that tell tale soreness around my shoulders. And all I thought was "Damn, It's good to be back."
