Nice job, KarrieLynn! I got worn out just reading that list of exercises! Someday I'll be able to do more at the gym than I do now.....one day at a time! Keep up the great work! :)

anything is better than nothing!!! I'm the type that is either IN or OUT - if I miss a day of eating right, i generally end up skipping the gym too (thus begins an epic spiral of donut sticks & mtn dew bfast's LOL) - that is why I do the blog when I am on "point" so I have TONS of ways to see improvement and thus am less likely to wander astray LOL. Thank you!!
