You are always such an inspiration! I, too , have struggled in the last few months. Reading your blog helps to remind me that this is a long road that may have bumps and roadblocks, but we need to keep our eyes on the finish line. When something knocks us down, we greet up, dust ourselves off and continue to move forward! Have a glorious New Year and best wishes in meeting all of your goals. Where can I find more about the 7 bites? (I still find your egg fast a great way to get back on track.)

Thanks sooo much TCDragon!!! Sometimes unforeseen situations are gonna occur which will cause us to fall off track from time to time, & it's very important that we don't beat ourselves up about it when it happens. We have to forgive ourselves, pick ourselves back up, & TRY, TRY, TRY again!!! We have to remember that we're striving for progression, not perfection. It's the Five Bite Diet, but I increased it to 7. Now I've increased it to 10 bites per meal. Have A HAPPY NEW YEAR, & all the best to you achieving all of your goals!!! :-)
