2/3 Pedometer froze yesterday at 11:19am. Bum-mer! Today was a good day step wise. 15326 steps / 6.04 miles / 842.9 calories / 157 minutes. Negatives = self sabotaging with foods. Cake, brownie, chocolates. Not drinking all my water. Not tracking sugars. Positives = made step goals. breakfast and lunch were on track. Dinner was healthy, if even unmeasured in amount.
