Hi, just wanted to say, you're doing well, keep going. Also with the warfarin and green things, you can eat them, you just have to be consistent, so every week eat the same amount of vitamin K-which is found in the green things, to find the amounts in different veggies, you can actually just look it up online, or there is a warfarin and eating book available for most drs to give patients.

Hi Tanya. Nah, I really can't. I have an autoimmune blood disease (antiphospholipid antibody syndrome) and a generic blood disease (Factor V Leiden) and I have blood like cement. I have been having to get my blood taken every week for years and I have an IVF filter, etc. They just can't regulate it, if I eat anything dark green my blood goes like molasses again and then they have to adjust my warfarin again and as it is they have to adjust it almost every week. It's a pain. I have a hematologist and mostly they just shake their head because they don't know what to do with me. My primary care physician refused to take control of it because she didn't know what to do either. I am just weird. LOL. Worse thing was giving up my beloved spinach. Sigh...

That stinks :(, makes your life a bit harder. All the best, hope you get it under control!
