Denise another title could be "diet and the impact on disease" - in the field of functional medicine, there has been a lot written about diet and the impact on autoimmune disorders. There have been nutritional protocols developed by several doctors. One interesting book is The Wahl's Protocol" which was written by an MD who was diagnosed with MS - she is now out of a wheelchair. Have you considered seeing a functional medicine doctor? They have a very different approach in that they look for root causes and use food as medicine.... I used to thnk it was bunk until I went for my arthritis, had a positive experience and now as I am training to be a health coach I have heard and read more and more.. Worth checking out! Just a thought.

Our brains yes. But also people underestimate the impact certain foods have on our health and wellness. Like for me, I am highly reactive to tomatoes (any nightshade vegetable but tomatoes are like poison for me) - if I eat raw tomatoes I will have trouble walking for days. Peppers too. If I find some good articles I will pass them on....

Thank you. FYI, I'm sorry about your tomato problem, tomatoes are my most favorite food!
