Changing my plan of action with the addition of carb cycling?

I also calorie restrict and went through the same thing you are! I learned that I was actually restricting too much so I actually upped my calorie intake about 200 calories per day and I'm losing more weight! Your body goes into starvation mode and hangs onto every drop of fat if it thinks it is not being fed properly, so eating more helped me overcome this (who would have thought?!) I am excited to hear how carb cycling goes because I've always wanted to try, I've heard it's crazy effective! Good luck on your journey, you've got this! :)
