I hope you feel better soon! On the days that I feel the best about my eating, I've spaced out meals and snacks to eat about every 2 - 3 hours. If I get too hungry, I'll ignore my portion sizes and eat whatever is around. If I eat a little bit every so often, I don't get to that point and I can control myself easier. It's a struggle, but find what works for you!

I started doing that yesterday -I'm not having a hard time staying on track other than exercise but right now I am teaching during the day and working on my dissertation at night. I have to remind myself that balance is everything!!
