I'm also sick and have been for about a week. ( I'm about to enter week 3 of the diet bet.) I started my antibiotic today. I hope you feel better soon!

I hope you feel better soon! On the days that I feel the best about my eating, I've spaced out meals and snacks to eat about every 2 - 3 hours. If I get too hungry, I'll ignore my portion sizes and eat whatever is around. If I eat a little bit every so often, I don't get to that point and I can control myself easier. It's a struggle, but find what works for you!

You've made the first step and now I have too! I have found myself not stopping to take care of myself because I have been too busy taking care of everyone else! There always has been an excuse for me to not exercise or not eat well, but now I need to be selfish for once and take care of me. Glad you are too! I could really relate to your post about not thinking it had gotten that bad. Two years ago I lost 15 pounds and I have basically put it all back on. I have no idea how because I felt so much better when I was healthier. I am totally an emotional eater and the things I turn to to eat, don't even make me feel better when I eat them! Good luck to you! You can do it!

I too have gained more weight than I want to talk about over the last 10+ years! I've always been a heavy girl but I'm the heaviest I've ever been right now--even heavier than when I was 9 months pregnant! My only son graduates high school June 13th so my goal is to atleast lose enough that I will allow pictures to be taken of me! Best of luck on this journey! I'm rooting for us????!
