10000 steps? You're back!!! Congrats!! I like your idea of using the step counter during the dance workouts, hadn't thought of that. That should make me remember to wear it more often. Let's STEP it up... with sufficient breaks for our feet to recover :-)

Thanks sooo much Biking Syl, but that was short-lived!!! My back started acting up again, & now I'm back where I started. Not for long though. I plan on getting better & doing it again!!! Girl, you know I love to get my DANCE ON!!! LOL!!! COME ON BIKING SYL, LET'S DO THIS!!! :-)
