Legs day is complete! Always the challenge, but I know it's the key to success. A trainer in Ballys Gym in Texas made the simplest comment once. He asked if I was doing leg exercises consistently and he said, "legs can do a lot." The more research gathered, the more its understood. Yesterday's food: bullet-proof coffee, vegan organic protein drink, lemon fish, falafel, 3 eggs, new potatoes, 4 jocotes, mixed seeds and nuts, supplements, "Afterburn Aminos" drink, 1 gallon of Alkaline water. Status: Mini-fast from 2 days ago combined with leg workout yesterday showed good results on scales. The "Afterburn Aminos" powder provided an extra boost during leg workout. Leptin levels being maintained now.
Went on mini-fast yesterday, taking in a minimal amount of food, but extra protein drink and amino drink to prevent catabolism. Yesterday's food: bullet-proof coffee, protein smoothie [with hemp seed, flax seed, chia seed, spirulina, matcha, vegan organic protein], mixed nuts and seeds, cup of cajun style jambalaya, scoop of potato salad, 1/2 cup Aztec soup, supplements. Thanks Jason, I'm going to send you via Slack my detox manual as it has great info about alkaline water.

Weigh-in verified, so I'm cleared to move forward with the game. Considering a strategy of a 10 day juicing or a raw food approach to get rolling on this game; will decide tomorrow. Today is also the half-way mark of a related goal, which is to go to the gym a minimum of 1 year, at 5 days each week. Today I'm finishing off 6 months of that goal. Staying hydrated is important as new information is gathered about the body's pH balance. I've been drinking 1 gallon of alkaline enhanced water a day or more over the latest few weeks. Found a new filtered, alkaline water place close to home, good yelp reviews and google reviews. http://www.thewaterbrewery.com/aquae-amore.
