Great post! Love it! I'm about to start a new weight loss attempt myself and I will make sure to record weight *and* measurements, as well as fitness level, so I have many ways to compare. And again, I agree, that's not *me*, just numbers. At this point, not gaining is a big success already. So I need to remind myself that anything toward a healthier life style is wonderful. I need to work toward a healthier me, but that still does not define me as a person. Let's just keep moving toward a better future of great choices for ourselves, even though it might be a zigzag road to get there.
