I'm not a specialist but I recomend you try to drink around 70 ounces of water a day. For example, the fighters nutricionist Mike Dolce recommend to drink 20 ounces before your breakfast.

I don't have this mexican reduced fat in my country so, I don't know in terms of taste, but talking about calories and fat, will be better if you change it for cottage cheese.

I know you didn't aksed me nothing but just trying to help... let's do it! let's loosing some weight!! We can do it!
