Two weeks into the Transformer challenge and I've lost 3.6 pounds thus far. That is the most weight I have ever lost in such a short span of time. I never dreamed I would have lost this much weight so quickly. I planned on losing just a pound a week to hit my goal for the challenge, but at that rate I wouldn't be on target with the monthly goals. I thought a pound a week would be a struggle,  but with what I've done so far, I am quite impressed with myself.

I started logging all of my food on My Fitness Pal. I used Spark People for years, but I decided to try out MFP and I absolutely love it now. There is so much more features available on MFP. I followed the calorie suggestion and I have been consistently working out. I have always struggled to stay within a certain calorie range to lose weight, but this time I just did it. Some days I feel starving, but I have learned to ignore that voice telling me I need a snack. My hunger cues are returning to normal.

I am excited to see how far I will go. I have tried time and time again to lose weight, with either no luck or slow progress. This is the first time that I truly feel that I will succeed. Now that I know what I have to do to lose the weight, all I have to do is DO it!!! No excuses!
