A dietbet in review....

I too am struggling with the slow down. The first DB I did, the weight fell off. I was losing 4-5 pounds a week. Now I am losing 4-5 OUNCES!!! Frustrating to say the least. I did begin strength building a few weeks ago. So, I cut that back and increased my cardio, increased my water (by ALOT) and watched my calories; which I have been doing all along, now I am really mindful of what kind of calories. I even went so far as to stop drinking my skinny morning coffee.. black coffee it is.
Good luck to you! Don't give up. Except maybe your booze. Empty calories. Just know that we're fighting the same battle!
