Check out PB2 which is dry PB with much of the fat removed. One tablespoon is about 23 calories and you could add it to a protein shake for a PB fix.

Also Ron & Franks has a Choc/PB hot chocolate that is delish! Add 6 oz. water instead of 8 for better flavor. 20 (25?) calories a serving and you can get it with Stevia! (Or splenda if you like the fake sugars.) Add less water and pour it over ice in summer - yummy.

All kinds of healthy ways to get that PB fix without blowing the diet. :D
