Okay we have week one pretty much in our pockets..  and I am just getting a feel for this game, and the website itself.  The Daily Carrot is a little weird, I'm not too sure about what it's about, but I know I will catch on soon. 

I watched Michelle's video on MOJO, or momentum, I know I am building it, and feeling better for it.  I have to comment, that I realized today, I do not "protect" my mojo, and that is something I am going to work on this week.

My eat plans are to stay low carb high fat.  This is what works for me, and helps me to feel the best.  I do not have as many "falls off the wagon" when I stay low carb high fat.  This is an amped up workout week for me, having 3 days of 2 classes for the week is extra workout.  I think I can get it done, and will work hard to keep at it.  I plan on trying to weigh today, but with 2 workouts back to back, I am going to need the protein before I go so I don't get sick.  We will see how it all works out.  I will weigh tomorrow when my eating will be a little lighter too, see how that works.
