Day 6.  After so many calories yesterday, weight is up today 208.2 lbs.  I'm surprised how quickly my body reacts to the calorie intake of the previous day, its odd, I don't remember my body ever reacting so quickly before.  Do I?  Is this normal?  It's been such a long time since I've dieted maybe I don't remember anything about dieting.  In any case I was worried that such low calorie intake was making me constantly hungry and actually I still feel very hungry today, it hasn't gone away. oh well, its a journey. 

Plan:  all veg and fruit is free; count everything else aiming for 1000-1200 cal per day, including 1 handful of nuts per day.

Breakfast: smoothie

1 cup unsweetened almond milk - 30 cal

1 Tbl peanut butter -90 cal

2 Tbl flaxseed meal -60 cal

1 banana -free

1 handful of baby kale -free

ice -free

1 handful of nuts -160 cal

Lunch: Rocky Rococco lite fettucine alfredo -229 cal

green salad -free

ranch dressing -200 cal

diet Coke -free

Snack: 2 serv dried apples -180 cal

Dinner: 3/4 cup homemade scalloped potatoes -162 cal

1/2 cup boiled carrots -free

1 quinoa bun -170 cal

1 tsp butter -45 cal

Total calories for the day = 1326.
