Way to go! In case you're interested, it is possible to put your cell on a tripod. You just need to get a smartphone tripod adapter. Any camera store (and perhaps even dollar stores at this point) will have one. Amazon has many to choose from as well. That might make things a little easier for you for not much expense. :)
