Great post Brandon! I am a middle-aged beginning runner! I need to lost 20+ lbs just to be at my "normal" not even skinny weight. I can't wait to get thinner so I can beat my own 5k record (32 minutes). I look forward to reading your posts!

Hey Val, glad you liked the post. And its GREAT hear that our trying to beat your running record. I tried running a few years ago, its just not fast enough for me.... But any form of cardio exercise is always a lot of fun.
keep up the workouts, and no overeating and losing weight should be a breeze.
