Great Post Cara. Thank you for sharing you with us so candidly. Im so excited for your flight stairs run. I know its going to be an awesome experience! You will do great! What bldg is it and may I ask which hospital did you train over there in DSM!! I will be one of your biggest virtual cheerleaders!! Go Cara! Go Go Cara!!!!

Thanks, Odette! I went down to Mercy to practice, basically because I knew they wouldn't kick me out. I'm going to talk to a couple hotels over here on the west side though for training. They're closer and have more stairs.The climb is in four buildings this year - EMC Insurance 15 floors, Hub Tower 18 floors, Ruan Center 32 floors, and Downtown DM Marriott 28 floors for a total of 93 floors, 1801 stairs. I believe that's the order of the buildings too. I could have signed up for just one, two, or three buildings but I figured, in for a penny, in for a pound. Might as well do them all.
