So, this AM I woke up and made a kale, banana smoothie then about 3 hours later ate Apple,egg white, and turkey slices. Though all day today I've been a slug. I wonder if my body is in "wtf where are my carbs" mode. I feel like I'm eating enough. I possibly could just be tired. (If I don't get my 8 hours, I feel it the next day) 

I have been eating every 3 hours and they are (mostly) small meals except lunch is normally my biggest. Today it was a delicious salad with veggies, fruit, and  veggie masala patty. I then proceeded to eat PB out of the jar for a snack. BAD IDEA. I went to cycling and came home for some leftover chicken soup and other random munchies.
