Here is something new my friends! It is day two (end of it), and I wrote how difficult it is for me to consume water on a regulars bases. It has been this way all my life. Today I still did not manage my 1.5L water completion, but I discovered as a regular tea drinker that I LOVE warm liquids! 

So, tip of the day, maybe your gut likes warm water, with a little bit of mint, or lemon? Mine sure does, I have had 5 cups!
