My water intake for today was about 3 cups. I have also struggled with consuming more water. I've tried several things like adding lemon and setting aside a certain amount to be drank by a certain time, I even tried to be like those people that carry around a jug of water everywhere they go and huge fail for me, I'm still laughing about that, but like you I'm also a tea drinker so I'm going to follow your tip of the day!
