I'm so proud of you and YES YOU WILL DO THIS !!!! That is the best attitude to have your weight in 5lb. increments . Your weight will fluctuate from day to day & that's normal . In the past I eat Chinese food & kid you not I was +10 lbs. heavier the next day ; because of all the sodium . Sunday's Reward meal Chris advises you to eat 1000 calories more to fool your body ; the next day I was + 3 lbs. but they came right back off and I'm sure it was sodium intake . If you can buy the book Chris Powell published Chose More Lose More For Life and you will learn so much . Plus like Chris & Heidi 's Page There is a lot of great info and recipes on Heidi's blogs. Take care !! YOU CAN DO THIS !!!.
