I agree that it's mostly mental barriers we have to overcome. I have recently started running again and whilst I am physically capable and know my limits there, it's actually getting myself in my trainers and out the front door each time that I struggle with. yes it's easier to stay at home, but it costs less than an hour and it's an investment in myself and I feel AWESOME after. some days are harder than others but as long as I've tried I can, as you say, go to bed feeling proud of myself and positive.Keep up the good work
