Week Two...

I was really tired between days 4-7, and hungry more often. Now that we're in the second week, my body seems to be adjusting, feeling more full on less food. Everyone's different, so maybe you will adjust after another week!

Another thought - if you are eating a lot fewer carbs than normal, you will feel fatigued as your body shifts the fuel it's using. I haven't been doing low carb, so I don't have as much of an adjustment. Also, if your protein intake is a lot higher, that may be why you're more thirsty. High protein can make you lose more water, so it's good you're drinking more!
