Okay as the Heidi and Chris Powell DB is coming to a close, I have finished my promise check sheet that I made at the begining. I am proud how well I did.  Out of 28 days I missed 3 days of working out.  One day due to being sick, one day I just ran out of time, I didn't plan well that day and missed yesterday because I was to tired to move.  The promise was 5 minutes of intense exercise each day.  I average 30 minutes a day.  My other promise I met 21 days out of 28.  It was to drink only 2 diet pepsis a day.  I am good with that one also.  I used to drink over 2 liters a day so going down to 2 cans a day was great.  The days I did miss I had an extra can, so still down a lot from what I use to drink. 

So now I am making 2 more 28 day promises.

1st 1 diet pepsi in the morning each day.

2nd 30 minutes of exercise every day.

I believe these small promises are doable.  Can't wait to see how much more my life is going to change by keeping these promises to myself.
