I'm looking for that answer too. I know recently, it's been torturous at the gym, when I'm trying to look like I know what I'm doing around all those machines. But when I do the water classes, I laugh and it becomes play. Why do adults never 'play'? No wonder we're all so grouchy!!!!I enjoyed your post. :-)
