I like to weigh in every day otherwise I put too much pressure on that weekly weigh-in. If I don't lose what I wanted - after a WHOLE WEEK - then I get upset and discouraged. I find daily fluctuations easier to deal with. But you have to know what works for you, so weekly weigh-ins might be your thing.
