Fiancee made lamb loin chops for dinner. I had never had them before, so had no idea the calorie/macro count until after when I got curious. Apparently, they aren't that good for you :( I didn't really eat that much of them, but it was still around 600 cals just for the meat I guess.

I didn't eat lunch due to eating breakfast a little later than usual and dinner a little earlier, so I think I am still okay foodwise, but I really hate when there are curveballs like that :(
