A helping hand ...

I am super envious and jealous! I live in Northern British Columbia and agriculture isn't quite at the top of our industry list. Fresh, whole food is a bit harder to come by. In the summer, there are little farmer's markets where we can buy fresh produce and eggs from the local farmers (which I try to take advantage of), but we don't have a Whole Foods, or any other place like it. Still, I do my best and don't sweat the small things I can't help, like whether or not the banana I'm eating was grain fed or not :)

I hear you! I wouldn't sweat it either if the availability isn't there. I find the whole foods is quite competitive these days now that wal-Mart and target even have huge variety of organic and non GMO goods. I live in North Carolina and we are fortunate to be one of the top 3 growing states in the country. Most people ironically enough don't seem to know that. Even though these services exist they seem to not be on the radar of many. We are very fortunate though. Thanks for the kind words!
