So here we go.

First of all, I'm not a native speaker, so I am pretty sure I will make a couple of mistakes. Sorry for that. I didn't really want to write anything, but I am pretty sure it will help me succeed. I need this kind of accountability. I gained about 10-12kg over the last 2 years, so it's time to change. I probably will have to do 2 or 3 of theses dietbet challenges in a row to reach my goal weight.

Why did I gain weight? Well, I never had breakfast, but in the evening (I go to bed pretty late) I ate a lot, really A LOT. :D

My advantages:
- I don't drink alcohol at all and have no problem with drinking a lot of water
- I love sports
- I like most healthy foods

My disadvantages:
- I tend to be lazy
- I also like almost every kind of unhealthy food. Briefly speaking, I like food. :D

I will force myself to post at least one update a day, may it be a picture of a dish, my exercise program for the day or just random thoughts.

Day 0:

The game officially starts tomorrow (18 hours from now), but as my weight was already verfied, I felt like starting right away.

So this was my breakfast:
150gr. low fat yoghurt (1.5%) ~ 90kcal
30gr. oatmeal ~ 110kcal
1 small orange ~ 100kcal
a dash of honey ~ 30kcal

500ml water - 0kcal

Lunch:
120gr steamed cod ~ 90kcal
80gr. rice ~ 280kcal
300gr. vegetable stir fry ~ 200kcal
+
500ml water - 0kcal

Snack:
1 apple + 1 pear ~ 140kcal
+
500ml water - 0kcal

Dinner:
300gr. vegetable stir fry (2nd half from the huge one I made) ~ 200kcal
lettuce with sweet peppers, cucumber, eggs and ham ~ 300kcal
+
500ml water - 0kcal

Daily sin:
1 pack (18gr) of Tic Tac ~ 70kcal

I also went for a short run today. Just about 3.5km (2.2 miles). Gotta start slowly. :)

So all in all, Day 0 went pretty well. Pedometer total: 5010
