After tonights work out I realize how far I have come in just two months.  I started my 1st diet bet on January 5th and as of today I have lost almost 30lbs.  I started with a goal of doing 5 minutes of exercise a day and now I am up to 45 minutes.  That is amazing.  I have up my intensity from easy to moderate/brisk. 

If you think you can't do that just think I was over 300lbs when I started,  It wasn't pretty (and it still isn't) when I am moving.  I have no rythm, but I am doing it anyways.  I am moving and feeling better. You can start very small like I did and work up to more.  Once you start moving it really does get easier the more you do it. 

My next goal is to do 45 minutes continously.  Right now I break it up into 15 minute segements with about a 10 minute break inbetween. 

When you are down on yourself because you can't keep up with others and what they are doing, don't worry about it, you are doing it. That is what is more important. So get up and move even if it is only a few minutes.
