Well I left my phone in my car last night which like most of us has my life in it and one of those times on my phone just happens to be my alarm clock. Therefore I woke up late around 7:15 this morning which ment i couldn't go to the YMCA and walk in the pool since 7am is when they start their classes which I can not do right now because of my leg. I had surgery twice last year for ankle fusion I just got out of the cast 2 weeks ago and the doctor said no weight bearing or stress on that ankle until it is completely fused. So that mean I need to get in the pool when there is not a lot of activity in the pool because the pull of the water on my ankle cause it to hurt. So I adapted and over came the situation by staying home and riding my stationary bike for 20 minutes until my ankle started to hurt which is when I am suppose to stop. However I will ride the bike again this afternoon for 20 minutes plus I did do my crunches and push-ups I don't know if I should count my push-ups or not since I have to do them with my knees on the ground because of my ankle. It is going to be good when this ankle is healed and I won't have that as my excuse any more. Oh well right now it is all about adapting and over coming so I can't use any excuses. 

My breakfast this morning was 1 boiled egg 1 serving of steel cut oatmeal with 1 scoop of protien powder and 1/4 cup of blueberries with a dash of cinnamon plus 1 cup of black coffee and 17 oz bottled water. I ate no bacon today yeah since I would normally eat 4-5 slices of bacon or 4 sausage links. This morning I adapted and over came the temptation to eat my favorite breakfast meats. But this is just the first day my plan is when the final weighin is accepted in a month from know to reward myself with a BLT with small bag of chips and a Hershey chocolate bar. Right now that is my reward for myself who knows after a month of eating right and feeling better because I don't have all that grease in my body I may not want to eat that after all.
