Ok, so this is more of a vent and a "I know it's not real weight gain" post.  So, yesterday and the day before 129.6.....so that's what I weigh since I wear a Bodymedia armband and I pushed yesterday I know I created a 1500 calorie deficit...so no weight gain.  

 

Yesterday I ate two things I don't 'normally' eat.  I had four bowls of the sugar free jelly belly snow cone stuff....now last week I actually was doing unsweetened almond milk and shaving that in my ice shaver as a fake ice cream with some splenda (by the way delicious and caused no side effects as I'm about to discuss) and yesterday I discovered in my parents house "slap ya mama" seasoning which tasted so very very good...however, high in sodium (which I haven't been putting salt on anything in the past two weeks).  And this morning .... bamb 133.6.  I know it's water weight but wtf...really.  That pissed me off...really I worked out that hard yesterday and I gained 4 pounds really scale...really :P  

 

So, if anyone hasn't picked up on my ocd personality: I couldn't sleep all that well after this morning 4 am weigh in when I discovered that unpleasant number: so here I am today determined.  I'm not eating the jelly belly sugar free stuff today or slap ya mamma seasoning...instead I have almond milk freezing in the ice cups and I'm going to detox and hit another very hard day of working out.  I'm determined to at least lose 1.5 lbs this week for the entire week since last week I lost 3.  My rest day is Saturday so, I'm hitting it hard again today.  Just completed T25 total body.  I'm going to jump rope, do insanity pure cardio (or the warm up a few times) and when PiYo comes in today do the first dvd of the series.  Oh yeah...its on like donkey cong scale :) You pissed off the wrong woman today.

 

So, until I know further data (which I will test one day next week) I'm not endorsing slap ya mama seasoning or jelly belly sugar free syrup for the ice machine :)  Next week once I'm lower, I'm going to try the seasoning on a day all by itself (even though high in sodium) and see what it does to me the next day.  And then if it does nothing then I might try the jelly belly sugar free stuff and see what that does (however, if I have no reaction to the slap ya mamma then I might just say its the jelly belly....stupid water weight.  

 

Anyway, good thoughts and I'm eager to check out the PiYo which should be here around 4 today.
