Motivation that hurts

Hard words to hear, but motivating to make positive changes in our lives. That's great that your doctor encouraged you to keep active, except on that one ankle. There was a guy at my gym who hobbled around on crutches for weeks but worked out regularly. I was impressed with his determination to keep working out. He did a lot of arm, chest, and ab exercises. I can't remember what else. I pray you have a speedy recovery. And, one other thought that popped into my "they" say weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise, or something like that. Maybe focus on your daily food intake during these recuperating months.
