So the weekend is over.
Friday was very good. As I stated earlier, I have the feeling that I'm not losing enough weight, although my diet is really good and I run a lot. So what's left to do? Start adding some strength training to my weekly routine because it's pretty well-known that the combination of cardio and strength training has even better weight loss effects, than cardio only. So "it's time to see what I can do, to test the limits and break through". Hahaha
So on top of table tennis practice, I did a nice strength curcuit training on friday (which I still felt on saturday^^). I hate strength training. :D
Saturday was a running day again. I wasn't too thrilled to run, I had to run alone (sometimes a friend or my brother rides the bike alongside me), and my headphones "died", so no music. I still felt some muscle stiffness, but no excuses!
So I did my run. It was tough, I'm not gonna lie. I still managed to finish it and didn't quit.

In the evening a good friend came over to my house and we just chilled a little bit and watched movies. He brought snacks though....a lot of snacks. -.-
So my plan was: I will try to eat nothing (which will obviously be impossible^^), so when I cave in from time to time, I'll end the evening with a "reasonable" amount of snacking. It worked okayish. Hahaha. I had some Snyder's Pretzel Pieces, some gummi bears and a popsicle. I stayed away from the sodas. Drinking nothing but water is really no problem at all for me now. I didn't count calories, but I think it was less than 500kcal total. I only had oatmeal and fruits for breakfast and a chinese stir-fry dish for lunch. So, although my "dinner" was pretty unhealthy und not very filling, I managed to stay within my calorie count for the day more or less. I was wise enough to force my buddy to take the leftovers of unhealthy food, so no temptations in the house today. :D
Today was a rest day, so no exercise. I'm a little afraid though that I might have pulled a muscle in my left thigh. It does not feel good at all. I'll see how it feels tomorrow. If I can't run, I will have to do more strength training. -.- Booooh! xD
