OUCH! Get Well Soon and back on track. How is reclined spin cycling working? It would be an alternative that involves mostly legs.

Thank you. That is an excellent idea. I used to ride the stationary recumbent all the time at the gym a few years ago when I was too heavy to safely run on my knees. I had forgotten all about it, mostly because I hated it. But I was so much fatter then, I'm thinner than that now.
