...is its unpredictability. - Remy, Ratatouille
So I planned this week to be super awesome, because I have to lose quite some weight to win my next dietbet, but then...life happened. I've not been sleeping too great, had some stress, a good friend that I haven't seen for a long time was in town, so I had to see her (which resulted in a one day delay of my running plan), my knees aren't great at the moment, and I totally forgot that I have a "pizza date" on sunday with two friends which we had planned months ago (before I started dietbetting).^^ I simply forgot. The crazy thing is: I'm not even missing pizza. :)
Could this set me back? Sure. Will it? "No way, Jose!" xD
I choose to rise above it and refuse to be a "victim".

I know it's just a movie, but it's so true. You always have a choice. It may not be a choice you like, but it IS a choice! So I chose to run although my knees hurt. No time for "mimimi"
I chose to eat extra healthy this week, counting every calorie (btw. thank god for cucumbers^^). I chose to keep blogging although my time is a little bit limited at the moment. And I WILL make up for pizza sunday. I'm still gonna kill this week!

ps: The "no candy for 21 days" side-bet gets to me earlier than expected. I am really craving for something sweet, and it's only been 5 days. xD
Changing your eating habits makes you realize pretty quickly which foods you can pass on, and which you can't, and it might be somewhat surprising. I LOVED (and still love) pizza, burgers, fries and ice-cream, but it's really easy for me to live my every day life without them. Candy on the other hand, I can't imagine living without (a small amount from time to time). :D
