Looking forward to figuring out ways to move more while experiencing an uptick of age related weaknesses. I am struggling with tendonitis in my feet and do not know how well they will hold up to walking. Thinking of trying some yoga at a studio about 20 miles away. Just hope to figure out some options for increasing my strength and endurance that I can do within the confines of my life! I turn 60 in December and want to enter the next decade with grace and agility.

I'm not sure if it will help with tendonitis, but my husband just got me this and it helps a ton with plantar fasciitis. http://www.gomoji.com/products/moji_360__foot_massager/45.php
We are a similar age. Exercise becomes such an increasing challenge for me, coping with 'aging' issues of one sort of another -- knees or toes or feet, etc. I dread not being able to be aerobic easily because my body is wimping out on me. The big 60 is a big birthday! Early congratulations. Time for a huge party. What does "paro" mean? Paro is one of the many favorite places that I have visited.
