If walking is a problem, what about stationary biking or water exercise or, maybe, hula hoop??

Thanks, Kristin! I have been enjoying workouts in my chair! Water exercise doesn't work because it is way too much foot movement, and hulahooping is standing on the feet. BUT I do have access to a rower, and I will try that soon! Thank you for thinking of me!
