Avoiding Halloween candy and bridal shower treats. Also walking through target and seeing all the snack cakes and mentally reminding myself that I am better than my diabetes and my diabetes Brain doesn’t rule me any more

I’ve been really struggling to get back on track with meal prep. I finally did meal prep this week and it honestly feels great!

Eating my prepped food instead of eating out, also just staying focused on my health and not all the other distractions of the world.

I did CROSSFIT!!!! I went to Texas Roadhouse and had self control! Instead of eating 3 baskets of bread I only at 1 roll! And it honestly wasn’t that great lol

Making sure to meal prep a head of time. Not meal prepping causes a lot of stress because your constantly flying by the seat of your pants
