Thank you for the thorough, thoughtful answer! (Those two words are a lot alike to type and maybe have a lot related in general!) My hubby is like you, not caring about too much variety, and it has done him well for weight over the years! I am an avid foodie and variety-aholic! But I am learning, slowly, slowly, the values of healthy repetition and MODERATION! Excited to be doing better earlier in this DietBet - hoping to not be squeaking by this time!

I am joining, but today is my family's Christmas, with 100% Christmas goodies included! So I thought I would wait until tomorrow to weigh in!! I am going to exercise constraint, but I KNOW the scale will be popped up, especially since I worked so hard to meet a Diet Bet weigh-in yesterday. I always get a pop-up when I resume a more 'normal' diet. Thanks for asking!
