Non-scale victory of the week!

Beginning to feel a bit lighter, with some differences in how my clothes fit!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I still need help getting enough water in and exercising daily, some days I just am not motivated and feel wiped out.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Feeling lighter in the middle regions.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

It was a tough week and I could have done a lot of things better. Was hard to stay motivated, my body was craving carbs.

Really need 2 find motivation to keep on the path to Wellness. I hope that last week was just due to all the rain and unusual cold that we experienced.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I've been able to"move" at least 20 to 30 minutes every day, which is a big improvement for me.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Still having trouble getting enough water in every day.

I would just like to maintain drinking more water everyday, exercising everyday and eating and sticking to the plan.

Was able to resist the homemade cookies when I visited a friend.

Being rewarded for taking a walk by getting to see 7 deer crossing a huge field in front of me.

I probably need to drink a lot more water.

I'm going to start a diet and also become more active hopefully with three days of activity. Tuesday: today there was some sunshine and I actually got out and walked for probably 20 minutes and was rewarded by getting to see seven deer run across the field where I was walking. That is motivation!! I loved it❤
