Focus on how eating healthy makes me feel. Raise the standard for my healthy lifestyle on what is permitted into my body. With this in mind I will commit to: Eat only fresh fruits and veggies and lean protein, ween myself off sugar, exercise at least 3 times including stretches, sleep 7hours, meditate by taking deep breaths!
